Supply Chain Director - Aerospace

The Director, Supply Chain will have direct management responsibility of supply chain, materials management, logistics, production scheduling, incoming plant supplier quality, and product change management.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree Graduate degree a plus.
- Supply Chain coupled with Purchasing management exp. preferred
- Exp. in Logistics Planning a strong plus
- Materials Mgmt exp. helpful
- Expertise in design and management of purchasing processes which support advanced manufacturing capabilities (e.g., lean manufacturing, kaizen, or other advanced manufacturing processes)
- Possess 5 to 10 years of experience at varying levels within a manufacturing environment
- Experience developing teams, including individual development and improving teamwork across an organization
- Minimal travel.
